Talent and circumstance don't always line up. Our Sponsor a Student program lets our community open a door for a deserving young performer who might otherwise have to step away from the training they love.
Every sponsored spot is awarded personally by our founder, Rachel Wresh, and every student is chosen with care. Your sponsorship supports students who fall into one, and often both, of these:
A family facing real financial strain, an unexpected hardship, or a season where lessons simply aren't possible without help. The desire is there. The means, right now, are not.
A student with rare drive and promise, on the edge of something meaningful. A first college audition, a breakthrough role, a talent that deserves real training to reach its full height.
Sponsor a single month, a full semester, or a year. Cover a student's tuition in full or share it with others. Every contribution goes directly toward a real student's lessons, and you decide what feels right for you.
This is not an anonymous fund. You are matched with a specific student, and you'll learn their story, their goals, and what your sponsorship makes possible. If you'd prefer to give quietly, we honor that too.
You'll receive periodic updates on your student's growth, their milestones, and their performances, along with a personal handwritten note or two from the student themselves, so you can see the difference your support is making, in their craft and in their confidence.
Rachel Wresh personally manages every match, every payment, and every update. All you do is reach out. We'll take it from there and keep the whole process simple, warm, and confidential.
A sponsorship is a personal gift paid toward a student's tuition at The Wresh Workshop. It is not a tax-deductible charitable contribution, and no goods, services, or tax receipt are provided in exchange. We share this plainly so you can give with a full and clear heart.
