6.0 Class and lesson fees are non-refundable. The standard remedies for missed lessons are make-ups within the cancellation window described below, and up to two (2) emergency cancellations per semester. In rare cases of extreme circumstance, a partial refund may be considered at the School's sole discretion.
6.1 The Student must provide at least twenty-four (24) hours' written notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson to be eligible for a make-up.
6.2 Cancellations made with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice will be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund or make-up lesson.
6.3 The School may, at its sole discretion, allow up to two (2) emergency cancellations (e.g., illness or unforeseen circumstances) per semester to be rescheduled.
6.4 Either party may terminate lessons at any time with at least twenty-four (24) hours' written notice.
10.2 The School reserves the right to remove or dismiss any Student from a class (without refund) if behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to themselves or others.
