Mommy & Me Classes

Ages 1 – 3 with a Caregiver
Ages 1 – 3 with a Caregiver Caregivers clapping with their toddlers in a music class

The first introduction to music.

Designed for toddlers and their caregivers, this class provides a nurturing environment where children can explore music alongside someone they trust. Together we sing songs, play with instruments, move to music, and engage in imaginative activities that support early coordination, listening skills, and creativity.

Class structure is thoughtfully designed to gently encourage independence — giving toddlers opportunities to participate on their own while still feeling supported. A wonderful first step into musical enrichment, and meaningful bonding time.

Frequently Asked

Questions, answered.

Everything you wish you knew before walking in the door. Don't see your question? Send us a message — we'd love to hear from you.

My student doesn't have any performance experience — is there a class for them?
Yes! We pride ourselves on offering high-level training to students of all levels. Depending on your child's age, one of our Triple Threat Pathway classes would be a perfect starting point to build foundational skills. Private lessons are also an excellent way for your child to receive the dedicated one-on-one attention they may need to feel confident on stage. Have more questions? Send us a message via email.
Can my child try one class without committing to the whole semester?
Yes, absolutely. When registering, you can choose to register for the full semester or register per class. That means you can sign up for just one class and see if it's a good fit before making a longer commitment. Not sure which option makes sense for you? Email us and we'll help you decide.
My child wants to take lessons but doesn't want to perform — is that okay?
Yes, absolutely. While we highly encourage students to perform, it is not a requirement. Performance opportunities at The Wresh Workshop are invitations, not requirements — we never push a student onto the stage if they aren't ready. That said, we believe meaningful performance opportunities are a cornerstone of a young artist's development. As confidence grows, most students discover there's so much they can gain from sharing what they've worked on. Wherever your child is on that journey, we'll meet them there.
Is vocal training safe for my young child?
Yes. We adjust each class to be developmentally appropriate for the age group. For example, Tiny Triple Threats focuses on play, exploration, and building a love for music through age-appropriate songs, rhythm, and creative movement — not on technical vocal demands. As students grow into Rising Triple Threats and Triple Threat Academy, vocal technique is introduced gradually and carefully. At The Wresh Workshop, your child will never be pushed beyond what is healthy for them. In fact, healthy and age-appropriate technique is one of the cornerstones of what we teach.
Do you have an adult student community?
Yes, absolutely. Adult students are welcome at The Wresh Workshop, and Rachel has trained singers and pianists from teenagers all the way through retirees pursuing music as a lifelong passion. Adults are also highly encouraged to participate in The Workshop Social, our open mic night. Curious about adult lessons? Book a call with Rachel.
What should I expect or prepare for my first day?
Students need only to come ready to learn. Each student is met where they are. At the beginning of each new class or lesson, we'll spend time getting to know your goals so that we can best shape and support you along your journey. You're not required to bring anything, but we suggest a water bottle.
As a parent or guardian, can I sit in on the class?
We love building community, but our policies vary by session type to ensure the best learning environment. For all classes, guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up. For our Triple Threat classes and Private Lessons, we ask that parents sit out to allow students and teachers to maintain full focus and productivity. For our Mommy & Me classes, registered caregivers are required to participate. In The Workshop Beyond: Masterclass Series, guardians of registered students are welcome to attend, and for The Workshop Social: Open Mic, family and friends are highly encouraged to join us!
What are your payment options?
All payments are made securely online via Stripe and are due at the time of registration. To help make our classes more accessible, we offer flexible payment plans. If you're registering for multiple classes or lessons at once, you may select our two-installment or four-installment payment methods at checkout. Full pricing for every class is on our Rates page.
I have an emergency — can I cancel my class for credit or a refund?
To respect our instructors' time and professional scheduling, we require at least 24 hours' written notice for cancellations to be eligible for a make-up. However, we understand that life happens — each student is granted two (2) pardons per semester at the discretion of the school for emergency-related cancellations. In these specific instances, a make-up session may be granted. For more details, view our full Cancellation and Make-up Policy here.
When does registration open and when does the semester start?
Our Fall 2026 semester runs September 8 – December 19. Registration opens August 1, 2026. If you'd like to be added to the early-access list and notified the moment registration opens, email us and we'll make sure you're first to know.
Where are classes held?
All classes take place at our school in the heart of Coconut Grove, Florida — 2750 McFarlane Rd, Coconut Grove, FL 33133. Questions about getting started? Book a call with Rachel.
Do you offer a discount this summer?
Through August 15, we're offering $10 off any summer class or lesson — a welcome gift to the families joining us in our very first season. Just email us to redeem and let us know how you heard about us — we'll take care of the rest.
